International Deliveries: Cards £1.60 and Other Gifts £2.60 

I dispatch orders in one batch per week, on a Monday evening. You should receive a confirmation of dispatch. If you have any problems or need it fast please contact me on tiarusselldesigns@outlook.com

We post all products in a cello inside a board backed envelope by 1st Class Royal Mail. I dispatch once a week on a Monday evening. Most of our post is delivered by Royal Mail and they aim to deliver the following working day, however sometimes this service can take up to 5 working days. If you order large items, it may be dispatched by DPD delivery and a tracking number will be provided. Please ensure your address is correct when ordering. Unfortunately I am unable to deliver to PO Boxes and BFPO. If you do not receive your order, please contact me and I will see what I can do.

All of our post is delivered by Royal Mail and they aim to deliver within 3 weeks, however sometimes this service can take up to 6 weeks. If you order large items, it may be dispatched by DPD delivery and a tracking number will be provided. Please ensure your address is correct when ordering. Unfortunately I am unable to deliver to PO Boxes and BFPO. If you do not receive your order, please contact me and I will see what I can do.

Every card is packaged inside some fun paper, this not only makes it look good when you open it but it also stops those prying eyes from knowing what is inside. This paper is secured with my funny and well known stickers. If you have ordered a funny art print or a funny greeting card they will be sent out in a board backed envelope to ensure they arrive flat and securely.

I understand that this is pretty pants when it happens, especially if you were intending on giving the item to a friend or family member. Please follow these steps:

1) Please double check that you have entered the correct address when ordering.

2) Check that you have allowed 5 working days for UK post or 6 weeks for International post.

3) If it still hasn’t arrived then please send me an email at tiarusselldesigns@outlook.com and I will do my very best to find out more information from the postal service (each item is sent out with a unique barcode.) If the postal service has no answers then I will work with yourself, about getting an alternative sent out or in some cases a full refund.

I do try to ensure all items arrive safely by placing them in cellos within a board backed envelope or surrounding the item in lots of bubblewrap and fragile tape. However sometimes these things happen and I’m sorry your item has arrived damaged. Please contact me at tiarusselldesigns@outlook.com and we can discuss it from there. I normally offer either a new item to be sent, partial refund or a full refund depending on the circumstances.

I am sorry to hear that the item you ordered is not what you expected. I am always trying to improve things around here so please let me know your feedback at tiarusselldesigns@outlook.com. If you would like a refund for your item, please follow my return policy.
I accept returns just contact me within 7 days of delivery via email at tiarusselldesigns@outlook.com for the address to send it to and please try to ship items back within 14 days of delivery, once the item is received back to me I will refund 100% of the order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately I do not accept returns for personalised/custom orders or any item that is on sale.
As I dispatch the items quickly I ask that cancellations are requested with 4 hours of the order being placed by email to tiarusselldesigns@outlook.com. After this time frame, please contact me as there maybe a chance it has not been dispatched yet. Once the item is marked as dispatched please follow my returns policy. Please contact me if you have any other problems with your order.
